These are the terms you agree to when you buy a store from EZEKO. Plain words, and they are the same ones you were shown before you paid.
A one-time package. We interview you, build your store from what you tell us and the photos you send, and hand it over finished. The price you were quoted is the price: there is no monthly fee and we take no share of your sales.
Your package includes hosting for 12 months from the day your store goes live. We will tell you before that ends and what it costs to carry on. Nothing renews automatically and nothing is charged to you without you agreeing to it first.
Your product details, your prices and your photos. Everything on your store comes from what you give us - we do not invent products, prices, certifications or claims. You are responsible for those being accurate and for having the right to use the photos you send.
You are the seller. Your customers buy from you, pay you, and you fulfil their orders. We build and host the shop; we are not party to your sales.
Changes are included for 14 days - reply to the delivery email and tell us what to change. After that, changes are quoted before any work starts, so you always know the cost first.
If you change your mind, you have 5 days from paying to ask for a refund. You get 80% back; we keep 20% for the work already done, and your store comes down and is kept safe for 60 days in case you want it back.
Ask by replying to any email from us, or from the billing page in your store admin.
Your store takes card payments through Stripe, using your own Stripe account. That money is yours and goes to you directly; we never hold it. Stripe's own terms apply to your use of Stripe. We never see or store your customers' card numbers, and neither do you - Stripe handles them.
We will fix anything we built that does not work as described. What we cannot promise is a result: how many sales you make depends on your products, your prices and your customers. Our responsibility is limited to what you paid us.
You can stop at any time and take your products with you - the files we give you are yours to import anywhere. If you break these terms, or use the store for anything illegal, we may take it down; we will tell you why and give you your files.
