Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Maple & Sage ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from our store at https://ezeko-storefront.ezeko-storefront.workers.dev/s/demo/. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.

Personal information we collect

When you visit the store we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your browser, IP address, time zone and some of the cookies installed on your device, plus the pages you view and how you interact with the store ("Device Information"). When you make a purchase we collect your name, billing and shipping address, payment details (processed by our payment provider, never stored by us), email address and phone number ("Order Information").

How we use your personal information

To fulfil orders placed through the store, including processing payment, arranging shipping and providing invoices and order confirmations.
To communicate with you about your order, and, when you agree, to send information about new products and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To screen orders for fraud or risk.
To improve and optimise the store, for example by reviewing which pages are visited most.

Sharing your personal information

We share personal information only with the service providers needed to run the store: our payment processor (Stripe) to take payment, our shipping carriers to deliver your order, and our email provider to send order updates. We may also share information to comply with applicable laws, respond to a lawful request, or protect our rights. We never sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep your cart and checkout working. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store may then stop working.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at email kitchenwizard57@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in every message.

Data retention

We keep Order Information for our records for as long as required by tax and consumer-protection law (generally seven years), unless you ask us to delete it sooner where the law allows.

Minors

The store is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. The latest version is always posted here. Last updated 2026-09-04.
