These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Maple & Sage online store at https://ezeko-storefront.ezeko-storefront.workers.dev/s/demo/ and any purchase you make from it. By visiting the store or buying something from us you agree to these Terms.
By agreeing to these Terms you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province or country of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen shows them exactly. Prices are shown in CAD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and correct errors in pricing or product information, including after an order has been placed; in that case we will contact you before proceeding.
An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example where we suspect fraud or an order is placed by a reseller.
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund and Return Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update it so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
All content on the store, including text, images, logos and product descriptions, belongs to Maple & Sage or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
You may not use the store to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, upload malicious code, collect personal information of others, or interfere with the security of the store.
Except as required by law, products are provided as described and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maple & Sage is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or products, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.
You agree to indemnify Maple & Sage against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version here. Continued use of the store after changes means you accept them. Last updated 2026-09-04.
