We currently ship to: CA. If your region is not listed, contact us and we will confirm whether we can deliver to you.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
Standard shipping is 9.99 CAD per order, and free on orders over 75.00 CAD. Orders are sent with Canada Post. Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 2-7 business days after shipping; international deliveries 7-21 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Every shipment includes a tracking number, sent to your email as soon as the label is created.
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at email kitchenwizard57@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
Please double-check your address at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
